About Mr. James D. Pope

The Company is mostly owned by Mr. James D. Pope, an established and successful real estate developer who has lived in San Francisco for 30 years. He previously owned a patio deck building business while he attended University of Missouri at Columbia. He is a master craftsman and a celebrated woodworker. Mr. Pope was the Project director for the First G+36 commercial Steel tower in India.Mr.Pope has developed a revolutionary seismically system and has upgraded many San Francisco and Bay Area properties. Mr Pope has developed over 57 successful projects in the Bay AREA. Reflecting on his business, Mr. Pope has remarked, “I feel like I’ve been working towards this aim my whole life. Now, I’m not only Building homes, I’m helping to redefine community.” His fervent drive and relevant experience will be instrumental to the Company’s continued success and expansion in the marketplace.

On April 13, 2010, James D Pope signed a contract with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The contract (HSFEHQ-10-D-0285) is $25 million and spans five years. This has received satisfactory completion certificates. Mr. Pope, also, signed a contract on December 29, 2010 with the General Services Administration (GSA). The contract (GS-07F-0200X) is unlimited in dollars and spans 20 years. The contract is under GSA Schedule 84,"TOTAL SOLUTIONS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT, SECURITY, FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, FIRE, RESCUE SPECIAL PURPOSE CLOTHING, MARINE CRAFT AND EMERGENCY/DISASTER RESPONSE". This schedule permits any federal, state, or local agency with approved funds to purchase products listed on the contract. Mr James D Pope in 2000 was awarded by the NBCC Business Man of the Year for USA.

Mr james D Pope in 2012 was awarded by the Manufacture Building association 1 st place Design Award in New Techologies.

Mr James D Pope in 2012 was awarded small to mid size manufacturer of the year.

In 2013 was award by the MHI 1 st place Design award for excellence in manufacturing and 1 st place in Design award.

In 2014 was award by the New York Housing authority 1 st place in design and manufacturing and awarded the design contract.

In 2015

NRCC office from the office of Congressman [Tom Cole, (R - Oklahoma)] has "recognize James D Pope with their highest honor, the Congressional Order of Merit." It was given to those few select people ";in recognition of their undying commitment, patriotic loyalty, and dedication to service to ... the United States of America."

Durability of Antimicrobial Paint

G Panels have the Antimicrobial effect which protect the Paint to last for longer as long as 5-7 Years while in conventional building painting has to be done annually.

Low Energy Consumption Value

G Panels are insulated with high R values EPS material which insulate the building by external heat and cold resulting that the consumption of air conditioning is comparatively very low.

Reflection
Value

G Panels have the high reflection value by that the heat absorption and transfer is very low comparatively to conventional building.

The life expectancy of the building is more that 100 years.

Due to allright nature the loss of internal air is very low which maintain the building energy efficient.
